Bridging courses provide learners a second chance to re-sit their low subject grades in Form Four KCSE examination, with an aim to gain entry requirements into higher learning institutions or professional bodies.

Bridging a KNEC subject takes 3-6 months (depending on the grade) and can only be done within two years after sitting for final secondary level examinations. Candidates who sat for KCSE in 2021 & 2022 are eligible to register with KNEC this year.
Please note the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) registration deadline is 31st March 2023 for students who wish to re-sit their exams this October.
Two years after completion of KCSE, students have an option of sitting for the Business Calculations paper (KNEC); an equivalent to Mathematics Paper I & II. This paper is sat three times a year.
Internal exams are also offered where applicable.
