Fraud Alert: Beware of Online Scam
Following the release of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination results for the 2018 candidates, the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) wishes to state as follows:

Preparations for the placement of the 2018 KCSE candidates started in October and are well on course;
We are currently receiving applications from 2018 KCSE candidates through their respective schools;
Official communication regarding the 2019/2020 placement process such as the course revision dates will be announced in due course through the KUCCPS website www.kuccps.ac.ke and the Government newspaper, MyGov;
All announcements from the KUCCPS are made through the website, MyGov and the official social media accounts which are @KUCCPS_Official (Twitter) and The.Placement.Service (Facebook).
Therefore, as a safeguard against fraud and extortion, the Placement Service wishes to caution the public to avoid online forums that claim to offer placement advice and career guidance to KCSE candidates seeking to join universities and colleges at a fee.

KUCCPS does not collect money through such forums.

Where in doubt, do not hesitate to contact KUCCPS through the numbers 0723 954 927, 0734 879 662, 020 513 7400 or email [email protected].
