Mark Zuckerberg Eats Lunch at Mama Oliech Restaurant.. This is What He Thought of the Fish
Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg is in town. He arrived in Nairobi on Thursday after a 2-day visit in Nigeria.
Zuckerberg is in Kenya to meet members of the tech community. He started with a visit at iHub, and on his Facebook page, he spoke of his desire to learn more about mobile money.
He then went for lunch at Mama Oliech Restaurant after it was recommended to him. He was accompanied by ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru.
This is what he wrote on Facebook.
“I had lunch in Nairobi with Joseph Mucheru, the Kenyan Cabinet Secretary of Information and Communications. We talked about internet access and his ambitious plans for connecting everyone in Kenya.
We ate at MAMA Oliech Restaurant. — a local place everyone recommended. One of my favorite parts of traveling to a new country is trying the food. I enjoyed ugali and a whole fried tilapia for the first time and loved them both!”
