Yoweri Museveni, M7, the president of Uganda, is one man who can do anything that a person of his stature is with respect is not expected to.
A couple of days ago, Museveni surprised millions of people on social media after a photo of him making a call that lasted 30 minutes on the roadside beside his presidential motorcade.
The photo went viral under the “Museveni Challenge” hashtag.
