This expression was made popular by various social media sites especially Twitter.

Netflix is a leading internet media streaming service provider. What this means is that you can stream TV episodes and movies at a standard fee per month.
To start enjoying Netflix in Kenya, you need to sign up and create an account. This process requires you to key in your credit card details.
Currently, Alexa.com has placed Netflix.com at 34 in the list of top 500 websites on the web.
The streaming media company has appeared on Forbes’ list of World’s most innovative companies. It means business.
Netflix Kenya Packages and Prices
The company offers three packages: basic, standard, and premium.
New users can enjoy free streaming for one month after which they can opt for any of the three paid packages.
You can enjoy the Netflix on your desktop, personal computer, smartphone, or tablet. The Netflix app is available for the Android, iOS, and Windows.
You can also access the content through Smart TVs, PlayStations, Xbox, Chromecast, Apple TV, Blu-ray players, and much more.

If you are subscribed to any of the three packages, you get the first month for free.
If for some reason you feel that Netflix is not working for you, you can cancel anytime. That’s definitely convenient and awesome.

Netflix Content in Kenya
The Netflix movie and TV shows collection is large. The problem is that some shows cannot be accessed due to licensing issues in various countries. Kenya included.
Earlier, you could access content that is not available in Kenya through Virtual Personal Network (VPN-changes your IP address) services such as TunnelBear.
Netflix banned this. Sadly.
The streets were especially excited about Narcos; the story about the Pablo Escobar, the Colombian kingpin.
Also, Sense8 was much anticipated since some of its scenes were shot in Nairobi.
Netflix’s entry into the Kenyan market was not all rosy since the Kenya Film Classification Board threatened to block Netflix for its inappropriate content.
Netflix, however, remained adamant that it incorporated parental control.
The Communications Authority (CA) came to the company’s rescue stating that Netflix cannot be treated as a traditional media arguing that it operates like media such as YouTube or Facebook.
These are online platforms that do not require licensing to operate in Kenya.
Well, despite these problems, Netflix started its operations in early 2016 and is still gaining a following.
