NRG Radio Job Vacancy : BUSINESS EXECUTIVES 

NRG Radio Limited an Urban Contemporary Hit Radio Station, a multi-platform entertainment experience that embraces digital technology broadcasting in Kenya’s Urban cities wishes to recruit a competent individual in the position of Business Executives to help meet the growing demands of the Station.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS.

Major Duties and responsibilities include but not Limited to:

  • Identify potential clients to offer them advertising services
  • Initiate discussions with customers through emails, calls, and scheduled meetings
  • Create compelling sales proposals for clients
  • Deliver sales pitches convincing clients to subscribe for an advertising space
  • Presenting campaign proposals
  • Making the sale
  • Highlight the benefits of various ad services and their capacity to reach a target market
  • Provide clients with advertising sales materials to aid them in choosing appropriate service
  • Explain the features of available media properties and their accompanying rates
  • Proffer expert recommendations to clients on more suitable advertising service based on cost and viewership / audience
  • Maintain good working relationship with clients to ensure effective business dealings
  • Conduct price negotiations with clients on behalf of NRG Radio to reach favorable prices for both parties
  • Prepare weekly reports and forecasts of sales

Minimum Qualifications and Experience;

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or business administration,
  • Sales Experience especially in Media will be an Added Advantage
  • Communication Skills: The Account Manager should adept to interacting with customers to offer advertising services, securing a deal or resolving customer complaint
  • Decision-making Skill: The Account Manager should be able to take quick and appropriate decisions such that improves sales
  • Networking Skill: As part of their key qualities, Account Manager should be able to effectively network to secure tangible leads from large spending customers and high level corporate personalities

NRG Radio Limited an Urban Contemporary Hit Radio Station with a multi-platform Entertainment Experience that Embraces Digital Technology Broadcasting in Kenya’s Urban cities wishes to recruit a competent individual in the position of an Accounts Manager to help meet the growing demands of the Station.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS.

Major Duties and responsibilities include but not Limited to:

  • Identify high value potential clients to offer them advertising services
  • Initiate discussions with customers through emails, calls, and scheduled meetings
  • Deliver sales pitches convincing clients to subscribe for an advertising space
  • Highlight the benefits of various ad services and their capacity to reach a target market
  • Provide clients with advertising sales materials to aid them in choosing appropriate service
  • Explain the features of available media properties and their accompanying rates
  • Develop and implement standards for pricing to ensure optimal returns for NRG Radio, as well as a satisfied customer base
  • Carry out market research to identify new techniques to advertising sales
  • Proffer expert recommendations to clients on more suitable advertising service based on cost and viewership / audience
  • Collaborate with heads of various departments in NRG Radio to take important decisions as related to choice of advertising media and advertising strategies
  • Maintain good working relationship with clients to ensure effective business dealings
  • Conduct price negotiations with clients on behalf of NRG Radio to reach favorable prices for both parties
  • Prepare advertising budgets, set targets, and assign job duties
  • Review media placements and ad campaigns to ensure they meet all clients’ specifications.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts of sales

Minimum Qualifications and Experience;

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or business administration,
  • Sales Experience especially in Media will be an Added Advantage
  • Communication Skills: The Account Manager should adept to interacting with customers to offer advertising services, securing a deal or resolving customer complaint
