You Will Never Eat Chicken in Nairobi Restaurants Again After Seeing This

A picture has been circulating on social media, purportedly showing chickens being prepared for cooking at a Nairobi restaurant.
Tens of chicken are seen lying down on a dirty floor, just next to the toilet. Those posting the picture advise against eating chicken in Nairobi, citing the health hazard.
We could however not confirm that indeed the picture was taken in Nairobi.
