Nairobi City will soon welcome another modern piece of infrastructure.
The 13 km Outer Ring road is progressing well, despite being many months behind schedule.
The road is being done in four sections. The first starts from GSU Junction at Thika Road to Kariobangi Junction.
The second section will run from Kariobangi to the Kangundo Road junction, while the third section will pick up from there to Donholm junction. The fourth part will cover Donholm to the Eastern Bypass Junction.

Most of the major civil works are done, but though some sections are all but complete, others have a long way to go.
