KCB To Close All Its Branches for 3 Days This Week

Kenya’s second largest bank by market value, KCB, will this week close all its branches for three days.

In a letter dated August 5th, the Central Bank expressed no objection to the temporary closure of all KCB branches between Friday 12th and Sunday 14th August. The bank reportedly wants to do a system upgrade.

On Friday however, it will not be a full day closure, but from 3 pm. Here’s the letter.
