2017/2018 Second Revision Updates
This is to inform 2016 K.C.S.E. candidates who applied for Diploma courses under Government sponsorship and did not secure any of their choices to log into the online application system and revise their choices. Find a list of the index numbers of these candidates in PDF format. Check it out to find out if you are eligible.
KUCCP Second Revision fo Degree and Diploma Choices for 2017/2018 Placement
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service wishes to announce that the online application system opens for the Second Revision of Degree and Diploma Choices on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 0000hrs and will close on Sunday, April 2, 2017, at midnight.
Candidates who had paid the placement fee during School Application and First Revision will NOT be required to pay for the Second Revision.
In addition, previous years’ K.C.S.E. examination candidates who attained C- (minus) and above and did not qualify for Government sponsorship in the respective year may apply for Diploma courses following the procedure outlined on the website.

Second and Final Revision for Degree and Diploma Courses for 2016/2017 Placement
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service wishes to announce that the online application system opens for the Second and Final Revision on Thursday, June 9, 2016, at 0000hrs and will close on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at midnight.
This application is open for all those 2015 K.C.S.E. Candidates who, on competitive selection, have not been placed for any of their Degree or Diploma course choices after the First Revision.
The Index Numbers of these Candidates are listed on KUCCPS website.Those candidates whose index numbers do not appear on the website have already been successfully placed in one of their choices and will be informed at the end of June after the selection process is completed.
The Degree and Diploma Programmes with unfilled capacities can be accessed on the institution’s website.
Candidates who had paid revision fees during SchoolApplication and during First Revision will NOT be required to pay for the Second Revision.
In addition, previous years K.C.S.E. examination candidates who had attained C- and above and did not qualify for government sponsorship in the respective year may also apply for Diploma programs following the procedure outlined in the Placement Service Portal.
The relevant guiding information such as Degree and Diploma programs available per University and College, subject clusters, similar programs, previous cut-off points (where applicable), weighted cluster calculation by performance index as well as the procedure for the application may also be accessed as downloads from the same website.
Please note the dates for the second revision carefully.

End of 2016/2017 First Revision for Degree and Diploma Course Choices
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service wishes to inform the 2015 K.C.S.E. candidates, parents and other stakeholders, that the 2016/2017 first revision of degree and diploma course choices has now ended.
The online application/revision system closed on April 30, 2016, at midnight.
Any 2015 candidate who paid the revision fee before the deadline but did not complete the revision process is advised to write to info@kuccps.ac.ke indicating his/her degree or diploma course choices and respective program codes for choices 1(A), 1(B), 1(C), 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
Note that choices 1(A), 1(B) and 1(C) should be the same course in three different institutions. Also, indicate the following information in the email:
- Your full address (permanent postal address, telephone number, alternative telephone number, email address and alternative email address)
- K.C.S.E. Index Number
- Date the money was paid
- M-Pesa Transaction ID
Meanwhile, the dates of the second revision of degree and diploma course choices will be announced in due course for candidates not yet placed in any course after the first revision.
Applicants are advised to constantly monitor the Placement Service website for the list of those who are successful and those who will be required to take part in the Second Revision.

i please do wish that the inter institutional transfer for the 2016/2017 intakes for government sponsored students to private universities may be open so that we may benefit from the fee sponsorship because some have been placed in other universities that were not of their choice or due to other credible reasons.THANK YOU!
