Nairobi Barber Arrested After Touching Police Officer’s Buttocks

A Nairobi based barber has found himself on the wrong side of the law after he ‘intentionally’ touched the buttocks of a police officer.
David Munene is said to have touched Police Constable Sheila Achieng along Duruma Road in Nairobi this past weekend.
Munene was arraigned before Senior Principal Magistrate Joyce Gandani where he denied the charges and was released on a Sh30,000 cash bail.
If found guilty, Munene will be liable to an imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or a fine not exceeding Sh50,000 or both.
