Prominent Jubilee MP Exposed for Having Fake Academic Papers
Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi, allied to Deputy President William Ruto, is accused of forging his certificates.
According to the Star, the papers the MP used to get the nomination in the 2013 general election, have been found to be fake.
The forgeries include a Diploma in Business Management and the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education certificate (KCSE).
The report which was compiled and forwarded to the DPP on June 17, 2016 recommends that the MP be charged with three counts of forgery contrary to section 349 as read with section 345 of the penal code.
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission received a tip last year that his degree could be fake, and decided to investigate.
