ZOPO, New Chinese Menswear Store,  Launches at Garden City Mall, Nairobi

ZOPO, a new Chinese Menswear Store has set a footprint in Kenya by launching at Garden City Mall in Nairobi.

The store opened an ultra-modern menswear store at Garden City Mall-  one of the largest malls in the region-on June 11th, 2017.

The store’s opening in Kenya will be the brand’s first entry into East and Central Africa as it executes plans to increase its footprint on the continent.

Zopo is a new dedicated menswear shop targeting the modern and sophisticated man with an eye for high quality and trendy collections.

Speaking during the launch event at Garden City Mall, ZOPO’s General Manager for Kenya Liu Feng said the company’s decision to launch the store in Kenya is based on Kenya’s position in the region, its stable economy and its growing middle class.

She also commented:

“We were drawn to Kenya because of its global reputation and its burgeoning retail sector. Our store offers something for the Kenyan man who does not want to compromise on style, trends or quality. Our collection ranges from garments to accessories and each of our items caters to every occasion.”

Zopo has a presence across Asia and also has a store in Angola. The fashion line’s young and professional team prides itself on its attention to detail, fabric selection, and creative designs.

Speaking on the new addition to its growing and diverse retail offering, Garden City Mall General Manager, Peter Clark said:

The mall which officially opened in September 2014 has seen a healthy growth rate, achieving a steady growth in both foot traffic and car traffic at an average of 10% month on month growth.
